Welcome to Practical Astrophotography Magazine (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to and accessing our digital magazine (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Services. Please read them carefully before completing your subscription.

1. Digital Access

Upon successful payment, subscribers will receive access to the latest issue(s) of our digital magazine via email or account login. All content is delivered digitally and no physical products are shipped.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted to the digital magazine, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including:

• Downloaded or viewed content,
• Claims of accidental purchase,
• Disagreement with the content,
• Attempted chargebacks after download or access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the content,
• Share your subscription login or access with others,
• Post content publicly or upload to file-sharing platforms.

Violators may have access terminated without refund and may be subject to legal action.

4. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first constitutes a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide evidence of your access/download activity to your financial institution.

If a chargeback is initiated after accessing content:

• Your access will be permanently revoked,
• You may be blacklisted from future purchases,
• We may report abuse to appropriate industry networks and pursue legal action if necessary.

5. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions may be one-time, monthly, quarterly, or annual. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing (if applicable) until you cancel. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle by contacting [email protected] or through your account.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Sharing login credentials may result in account termination without refund.

7. Modifications
